Gabriella Kiss

Gabi was born and raised in Hungary. She taught middle and high school students for over 20 years. Gabriella has her BS and MS from the University of Debrecen in literature, history, and Hungarian grammar. When she came to our school 7 years ago, she brought her passion for educating children with her. She also received her NAMC Early Childhood Montessori Diploma in 2018. She loves to teach, travel, bake and cook. She is a big fan of movies. In her free time she likes to read novels and spend time with her family.

The teachers are so loving and thoughtful about each individual student. Using the Montessori Method, each child is able to move at the pace that is right for them. The teachers also look for opportunities to let the kids teach each other. For example, one of my kids has mastered one of the “works” that teaches multiplication, so the teachers will often ask him to teach other kids how to use it. It reinforces what he has learned and also teaches him empathy and patience.

Teachers at this school are effective

Our daughter has gone here for a year and she loves it so far. 3’s program on a farm and she’s learned so much. We are excited for her to do her 4s program this year and even more so that she has a friend wanting to enroll also. They teach the kids so many skills I didn’t know a 3 year old could perform. The self learning discovery style has been great. Teacher Cheyanne left and we will miss her. Nonetheless we are still excited for our daughter to have her next year here. Her little broth…

First off, they really, genuinely care! Everyone who I’ve met who works at Dancing Pines is kind, patient, passionate and loves and believes in what they do. When you combine that with what I can only explain as a magical location, in a beautiful red farmhouse on acreage with the sweet farm animals… you get a great environment for learning and growth.
